We are raising money to help cure blood cancers!!!! Mommy signed me and Daddy up for another walk. The one we are doing on Saturday is for my cause and this one is for Mom-Mom.

NASCAR Can Wait

Yeah we were driving outside yesterday and I was a little scared of the car. I know! Crazy right. I like when Daddy pushes me around in it, but then I have to hold a button and it makes a really loud sound and it starts moving on its own! I am just not sure about my car just yet. So I get out and push it LOL I know Mommy says I am silly for doing that but hey.

I just have to get used to it, Mommy says. It is now parked in the garage with the other cars. I want to try again today and see what happens.

NASCAR Here I Come!

Well this weekend was a busy busy weekend. We were out non-stop on Saturday morning and on Sunday. But we got the most awesomest thing EVVVVVVEEEEERRRRRR!!! I actually bought this with my own money. Seriously, Daddy gave me money, but said he was going to hold it and then we went to Toys'RUs and I really liked something and we got it!!! I mean I have no idea how this whole thing with money and buying and selling works. I just like to swipe the card on the little black box where they put all the stuff in the bags. Mommy lets me do it.

Sooo anyway!!! We got the Tot-Rod!!! Daddy wanted to get me one of the big trucks, but Mommy said I was too little for it. I mean this one is still awesome it goes like 2 MILES PER HOUR! I know amazing right! There is a handle so Mommy and Daddy can steer the car until I get the hang of it and then I can do it all by myself!!!

Here is a couple of pictures of it from this morning. Mommy took a video yesterday but she can't get it off of her video thing. I don't it is a new little box that she chases me around with trying to get me to do things. It is kind of funny!!! LOLOLOL

Gas Mask....That Is All I Am Sayin' GAS MASK

Who thought it would be wonderful medicine to put a plastic mask over your face and make you breath in some weird smoke????? Aren't masks supposed to keep germs and bad stuff OUT. Well I haven't been feeling too hot. I have had a runny nose and it got worse and I started coughing and Mommy wanted to have me checked out because I had pneumonia that one time and she didn't want me to get it again. ANYWAY. We go to the doctor, which was cool because Daddy hadn't been to this doctor with us before. Mommy always takes me to the pediatrician. So it was like a little adventure. They came in, checked me out, I checked out the room, like I always do. The nurse Meredith listened to my chest. I tried to grab the little wooden stick, you know the same old routine and then things changed.....she started saying "Lets give him a nebulizer treatment and see how he does. He may fight it but it will only be for 5 minutes." Now I am not really paying that much attention because I was trying to escape from the room. I mean they were talking so noone could see me try to open the door, right?

Well, they, the nurses get to leave, I tried to have one of them take me with her, but she didn't. And then they come back.....with this thing....it was loud and weird looking. The masked tried to be all cute and look like a fish...no people NOT WORKING I know what fish look like. Mari has a fish tank in the house, we look at them everyday. They don't look like this mask!

Well, they put this liquid in, I am sitting on Daddy's lap and he starts to try to put this thing on my face. WHOA WHOA WHOA, NO WAY DADDY....HOLD ON A SECOND THERE! last time they did this, I woke up in a hospital bed, with weird stuff in my mouth and a lot of pain....not happening. But, he didn't listen. Mommy was trying to get me to calm down...didn't work....nothing worked...no offense to my parents, I didn't want it. I screamed and cried through the whole 5 minutes. It even took me a while to calm down afterwards. But the nurse came in, checked me out again, said I sounded better and they sent Mommy and Daddy home with the machine!!!!! Did they seriously think they were going to do that again?!


Well, they did.....while I was sleeping....they woke me up....I was not happy....I screamed EVEN LOUDER.....yeah I didn't last the whole 5 minutes that time.....

And this morning Mommy tried to be slick. She gave me the mask to play with first....so I did, I checked it out, I put it on my face and smiled at her. She then put it on the tube connected to the machine. I played with it, checked it out some more. Then she put the medicine in....and turned IT ON - NOT HAPPY!!! But then Mommy started to act really crazy singing songs really loud and it kind of just took me by surprise so I chilled out for a bit. I got interested in this commercial and was a bit distracted, then I remembered what was going on with this smoke thing and got annoyed. But by then it was almost over. Mommy said she was really proud of me this morning. So I guess I did okay, but man not a fan of the gas mask...no not a fan!!!!!!


This was me in the doctor's office....yeah you would think Mommy wouldn't take a picture of this, but she did.....she always takes pictures.....

First Time in A Bounce House!

Well let's recap a bit....Mommy gave me crayons.....they were GREAT!.... I had fun!!!....She gave me paper...with the crayons.....I got bored with the paper............I had fun..........in the bathroom......

Mommy didn't find my masterpiece until the next day.....Now she says "No more loose crayons."

So this weekend we went to my cousins Jael and Junior's birthday party. And they had this big thing called a Bounce House. I have to admit I was a bit curious about this big thing that was in my uncle's backyard. I looked at it, walked up to it, but Mommy said I was too little to go in by myself. Well Daddy took me in there and it was CRAZY!!!!!!! There were kids, little ones and big ones all over the place! And my Daddy was throwing them up in the air and they would run to him and he would push them down. Whoa it really was crazy but AWESOME TOO!!! Daddy was bouncing me up and down and when I would try to walk by myself, I'd fall! HAHAHAHA It was pretty funny.

I had a really good time at the party, walking around meeting everyone and just hanging out.

Oh so check this out, last night Mommy made dinner late. So Daddy gave me my dinner at my regular time and then they had dinner later. I don't know Daddy wanted soup or something, yeah not my thing. Anyway, so....I needed to entertain myself while they ate in the living room. Well, when I start entertaining myself, things get pretty interesting! LOL I found a new place to hang out in our house. Check it out. I was watching TV from my new "spot"

That is INSIDE our coffee table! LOL The top of the table comes up so you can eat there and stuff. It was kind of funny because all of a sudden I just stood up and popped my head on top of the table and they didn't know where I was LOL. Well Mommy jumped up to see what I was doing on the other side of the table and then said "Don't move!" She is funny about her camera! Daddy was worried I was going to knock myself out, so they lowered the table and my adventure stopped. But now I know what to do when the top goes up!!!

Cleft Palate Gallop September 25th

Hi Everybody!!!

Okay so we all know that I, Adrian D. Corona have, well had a cleft palate. We were able to get mine fixed because Mommy and Daddy have this thing called insurance and it paid for like ALMOST EVERYTHING! But there are some kids out there whose mommy and daddy don't have the money to pay for the surgery. Some kids need even more help because they have a cleft lip and there are like 2 more surgeries that have to happen to fix it! I was lucky.

UNC Craniofacial center is having like a fundraiser thing. It is called the Cleft Palate Gallop and the students from the Dental School are having a race to raise money. There is also a walk on the same day. Mommy said we are doing the walk, not the race. I don't mind which one we would do, I would be in the stroller anyway!!!! LOL

So I am collecting donations! All the money goes to families on a case by case basis to help pay for the surgeries and medical care they need. You can register and come with us if you want or make a donation! You can either give it to me, well actually Mommy or make a donation directly to UNC through the website!!!
