Sinuses and Easter

Yeah those things shouldn't go together but it did for me this weekend. I missed out on an Easter Egg Hunt and EVERYTHING, but it's okay my cousins came over on Monday and Daddy was home from work and Mommy took off and we went on a trip to this place called the Durham Museum of Life Sciences. It was so much fun!

We saw butterflies and all these crazy bugs and a cow and donkey and bears and walked on a path with DINOSAURS!!! I know. It was awesome! It was kind of hot, but we had fun. Here are the pictures.

Yeah at one point it got really sunny and I took off my glasses. Mommy looked at me like I was crazy, but come on people I know what I am doing. I asked Mommy for her sun glasses and then I was allllllll riiiiiiight!!! See

Oh and yeah I was sick but I had fun with Mommy and Daddy and my new mic that Titi Chell bought me. It was in my Easter basket!

So It Was An Interesting Weekend.....

On Saturday we got up early because Daddy had to go to the dentist and we were going to run some errands. The usual, buy groceries and pick up a few things. When we got home Mommy sent me and Daddy upstairs to play so she could get some cleaning done. Well we had FUN! Check out my skills in this video....Bottom's Up! HAHA it is kind of long and Daddy is still trying to figure out how to record on his new phone, but you will get the picture...literally! Here is a tip, just turn your head to the left a little and it will be fine.

Well Mommy came upstairs and we heard that crazy loud sound and a long beep and they started saying something on the news. I told Mommy that it was loud but she kept it on. They were saying there were tornado warnings, but not where we live and then the POWER WENT OUT! It wasn't too dark in the house, but it was dark enough so Mommy lit some candles and I thought we were having a party. So, I started singing "Happy Birthday" I mean that is what you do, light the candles and then sing, right? So we sang it a few times. ;)

Oh and we were getting ready because Nino and Lollie were coming to see us with Titi Chell and Mike! Well, the lights were still out and we went to go get Gwen, man and it was loud outside. We saw the lights on the cars and I kept telling Mommy about the sirens and making the noise and she did it with me. She is funny she will repeat any sound that I make.

Well when Nino, Lollie, Titi Chell, Mike, Dunkin and Chili got to the house we had all the candles still lit and the power was STILL out. But it was only a little while before the power came on and it was party time!

I was playing with Lauren and then with the dogs and Nino and then we were playing this game Mad Gab and everyone was having fun. It was great! And I stayed up REALLY late!!

The next day Titi Chell made me breakfast and we all hung out and then got ready to go out and we went to IHOP. It took forever, but I was having a good time talking to people outside and playing with rocks and hanging out. I was with my family so it was GREAT!
